The autoclave curing gas concrete (porous concrete) production plant is located on a 5 hectare plot in a new engineering building with plan dimensions of 90-х 120 min Slantsy industrial estate, Leningrad region. The enterprise commission and production of the first gas-concrete blocks batch took place in December, 2008.
Main suppliers of raw material for porous concrete production are placed in the immediate vicinity of the enterprise and include two cement plants, a lime production plant, glass sand deposits, plaster deposits. The plant water supply is carried out of its own water holes. A heat electric generation plant providing the plant with power supply is also located in close proximity to the plant. A dead-end track and a timber pallet production plant are operating some twenty meters from the plant area. This condition in conjunction with large market out lets form the base of the plant’s competitiveness in this region.
Technological processes integrated design and the plant upgrading with advanced foreign equipment were performed by PHILCO engineering company (Germany) which implemented its own know-how.
Process control systems are completely automated with SIEMENS equipment (Germany).
High-precision automatic gauging lines, cutting and packing lines of famous WEHRHAHN plant (Germany) provide waste-free manufacturing articles, with accurate geometry and consistent quality indexes.
An automatic high-precision mixing complex is equipped with a PFISTER weight automated conveyor system (Germany), automatic MAB raw sludge solidity detectors and mixers (Germany), a CEMTEC flint mill (Austria). This mixing complex allows for producing of initial raw sludge composites of necessary quality in the automatic operation mode.
Autoclave curing is carried out in SCHOLZ steam chambers (Germany), advanced European technologies of HOKA company (Germany) make it possible to operate the autoclave curing modes and autoclave condensate water conversion in the automatic operation mode.
Clear water steam for production process is produced by an automatic steam boiler plant equipped with reliable facilities of famous LOOS Company (Germany). The whole processing equipment complex and enterprise engineering networks are based on energy saving and waste-free principles.
PHILCO engineers created an all-purpose processing equipment arrangement which helps the enterprise to develop, if necessary, its output up to 265 000 m3 of porous concrete articles per year with minimal financial and time costs, as well as widen the range of products with gas concrete floor slab, wall panel, window and door lintel manufacture.
A modern Lachenmeier packing complex (Denmark) permits to automatically pack commodities in protective film with the company logo using stretch-hood technology and to label items automatically.
The plant’s lab is equipped with up-to-date equipment and certified by the government. Skilled specialists perform thorough raw materials incoming inspection, water chemistry inspection, process technology inspection and finished product quality control.
